 7th Annual Cookie Exchange/Craft Day

1:00pm to 5:00pm

Our annual cookie exchange is fast approaching. 

Time to select the treats you want to share and get baking!! 

How it works:
-bake a  1/2 dozen cookies to bring and share per participant (we'll have 10-12 participants)
-bake 1 dozen to share for the day 

-provide the title & recipe for each participant (recipe cards or print outs)
-bring a bag or box to take home all your fresh baked treats!
-prepare to get crafty & have fun!

(REMEMBER: cookies must be home-baked!)

 We will also be creating an amazing DIY craft for the day!! 

Our cookie/craft days are always filled with

sweet treats, lovely friends, holiday cheer

and creative fun!

Chalk Art 101
Wednesday 12/6
6:00pm to 8:00pm

Learn the basics of chalkboard art and 

personalize your Christmas decor with a hand drawn chalk board!

We'll walk you thru the fun art of chalkboard typography, 

demonstrating & practicing basic font skills, flourishes and banners. 

You will leave class with a finished chalkboard ready to 

use in your Christmas home or office decor

(and with the confidence to erase & start over when the seasons change!) 

cost: $45.00

workshop & event details:
WORKSHOPS:

• All workshops (unless otherwise noted) take place at el&em cottage located in Battle Ground, WA. 
• You must register and pre-pay to reserve a seat in a workshop. Use our convenient on-line payment option (via Pay-Pal) or drop by the shop to sign up.
• Deposits and workshop fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please provide 48hr notice and we will transfer your payment to a future workshop, if notice is not provided, deposit/fee is forfeited. Our classes sell out quickly. Please be kind and notify us asap if you are unable to attend so we can offer that seat to someone else.
• We suggest bringing the following basic tool kit to all workshops: 

mixed media classes-

dry adhesive (we use ATG, we have this available for purchase at the shop)

hot glue gun and extra glue stix

distress ink & tool (we have this available for purchase in the shop also)

paint workshops-

an apron or wear clothes you may not mind getting painty 

gloves if you don't want painty hands. 

If workshops require any additional special or unique items we will notify you in the description or at the time of sign up.
